User interface for professional press assembly

SCHMIDT® ControlTool is the platform of the SCHMIDT® Press Control 5000, and is an option for
SCHMIDT® Press Control 3000 in combination with a PC. The functionality of ControlTool has been developed especially for assembly operations with direct intervention in the process.

SCHMIDT® ControlTool is a program with “Look and Feel” of Microsoft Windows TM.

The following functions are available in ControlTool:

• Process visualization
• Process data management
• Development tool (PLC editor)
• Statistical Process Control (SPC), optional

SCHMIDT® ControlTool functions

Software functions are enabled or disabled depending on the access rights.

The language of the software user interface can be set to German, English or French.
