SCHMIDT® Press Control 1001
Real-time process & quality monitoring! The PC 1001 provides an integrated quality control for process security, transparent display of assembly processes, as well as documentation for each cycle. The Schmidt Press Control 1001 is a CE compliant control system.

- SCHMIDT dual channel pneumatic safety block with position-monitored 4-way valves, filters, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, muffler, analog pressure transducer for monitoring line pressure and air disconnect/dump valve
- Two remote mechanical cycle start switches

- Safety inputs for user-integrated press guarding and monitoring
- PLC control module with 21 I/O's to permit interface of additional sensors
